Lighthouse is an app dedicated to your safety. Keep track of your friends on the map and get notified of local crime reports to stay safe in any city, neighborhood, or town with emergency services just a few taps away. Featuring a simple navigation and consistent icon system throughout the app, Lighthouse focuses on the use of GPS tracking and verified crime reports to keep users informed and in contact with their support system. Whether it’s your friends, roommates, or family, Lighthouse is dedicated to keeping you safe.
Lighthouse
The function of Lighthouse was inspired by the time spent living with my roommates and us all wanting to be able to keep track of one another. Apps like Life360 and Find my Friends are great but to have one with the sole function of keeping you and your friends and family safe gives you peace of mind.
How it Works

Illustrated in Procreate, these little emoticon faces would serve as digital stickers within the Lighthouse messaging function. They serve as part of tertiary function within the app but they bring a little bit of sketchy-ness to an otherwise very clean app design.
